Its true many of them are scammers but there are legit too, i use coinpot wallet to double my coins through coinpot tokens which 1 token equals to 1 satoshi and you can exchange them for free with BTC, LTC, DASH, DOGE, BCH i think with only those coins. Also to withdraw bitcoins from coinpot wallet to other wallet its completely free. I use it everyday to send my earnings from yobit.

Yes you are right we should save our money and stay away from the websites and the persons who tell you that they can double your investments..they may stole your money so be careful don't give the personal info of your accounts to anyone and save your money
