I agree with you about this. No one should be given a reputation if the subject is not worthy because sometimes the reputation is given randomly, and this is really unacceptable.

Yes, one should give reputation,  and only to the person who deserves it, who is posting valuable informational and telling the truth in posts...!!! And to the person who is making new topics, as it is more hard to do...!!!
