I do not think that the government will track the fraudsters and hold them accountable, because it does not originally support Bitcoin .. The fate of the fraudsters will be very bad and will impose on them the most severe penalties that they deserve if the government supports Bitcoin

This is a good question but the answer is simple. Scammers will exist as long as people don't take them seriously. Tracing or tracking ability may help to reduce the number of scammers but it can't eliminate them. Take fiat currency as an example. Fiat can be easily traced but there are many scammers who steal USD and Euro from people. If tracing could solve the problem, we would have zero scammer in fiat world. Greed and temptation are the secrets of scammers' success regardless of which currency they work with.

I think Bitcoin's price will go down if its transactions become traceable because no more deep web users will use it.

As we all know, all deals made in the deep and dark web depend on Bitcoin. So, imagine the number of users who will leave Bitcoin!
