Anybody mining DGB?

Would be interested to know what the daily mining return is in coins and if its worth the effort?

I am considering mining it so any info would be appreciated.

I don't mine it but this is one of those old and legit altcoins as far as I know. It is probably not a good idea to mine anything while the prices are that low. You should consider of buying it instead imo. It makes more sense.

Yeah its a few years old alright. I hold a good amount already. But I wanted to get into mining, and was thinking of DGB as I think its highly under rated coin and with the right effort by the devs it could go somewhere!

Thanks for the info. You are probably right as its price currently is very low. Im hoping that will change someday as I hold a good few 🙂

Always welcome! Everything is possible in the crypto-world, just make sure you have a backup plan 😉

Once mined dgb using a processor. The coin is old and has long been on the market, so it inspires hope. In terms of mining profitability, it depends on what equipment you will mined it. It seems to me that it is better to buy it. Right now I buy it for 90 satoshi. This is a very low price for such a coin

DGB has many algorithms. So you have to decide which algorithm you will use. If I'm not mistaken, ASIC has taken these algorithms. You will lose If you use a GPU rig because it is not efficient anymore.

I used to mine DGB back in the days but now I don't fine mining any more profitable without a sustainable amount of money to buy the rigs and pay the electricity bills. If you mine DGB keep it up as you will have some good profits when the bull run comes.

Yes I see your point about the costs involved.

The equipment costs is why I was wondering what the daily rewards are. I know it is possible to rent the rigs and mine that way, but I do not know anyone who has done this.

I have not started mining yet which is why I was trying to source info on this subject.

I was mining DGB on two GPUs but unfortunately the daily payoff was very little and virtually non-existent, DGB of hard-to-mining coins and the need for modern and powerful display cards or ASIC to get a good daily profit. The difficulty of mining is about 3,619,295.265 which is a very large number.
Here you can calculate your profit if you like:

Mainly this is a good project for many days. the reward for mining dgb is not much profitable now as the price dropped . before that is was profitable.

Mining reward of DGB will be profitable. Its price would rise upto $20 in 2020 . It is much faster, more secure, and has low transaction fee than bitcoin and litecoin. So it will get more reponse in the market in future.

I am totally ok with you. I mined DGB 1 year ago but the earning is really too low. Nobody mine DGB exept for HODL.

Yes I agree with you. DGB mining earning is very slow. There are many mining sites. I don't like mining sites because earning is very slow. It destroys and harmful your pc.

Mining digibyte is not profitable at this time with the mining hardware hashrate ,electricity costs and pool/maintenance fees provide.Digibyte is somewhat. unique amount cryptocurrency as it allows you to mine with five seperate algorithm. The algorithm supported for mining include SHA-256,SKEIN. ,GROESTL, SCRYPT,QUBIT.

DigiByte mining doesn't seem right, I think it's better to avoid it. Honestly, I don't see any potential or promise in it. Your profit will probably be very low.

DGB mining is not a new exploit, it's been around for a long time, it's a secure exploit, but I don't use it. With this mining it is quite good but the profit is I'm not sure.

Старая и проверенная валюта, опирающаяся на безопастность, время генерации блока быстрее чем у bitcoin.

I have never mining or trading on DigiByte so I don't have much information on the subject and I will read the comments to benefit more from the experiences of others

DigiByte doesn't look good to me and I don't think it will go up significantly among many other more powerful and miningable currencies.
