What jobs will disappear in the future due to cryptocurrencies?

I don't think that cryptocurrencies will make any jobs dissappear. Perhaps it will help reduce corruption and will reduce the bank money laundering system, but in the end it will help with better productivity of the countries they are mostly used.

Cryptocurrencies will replace no job but blockchain technology may do because blockchain technology is not just for the financial instruments. For example, blockchain technology may cut-off huge number of employers in some large data processing companies if they adopt blockchain technology for that purpose.

You explained well about new technologies but Bitcoin is not a technology. Of course it has been based on new code and ideas and is technologically advanced money but it is this, money.

As money it doesn't threaten any job except perhaps those that were dealing with the old money system, exploiting the poor people and making them more poor with the increase of inflation and cut of new money in the economies, making everything we earn worth less.

Well I don't think so my friend. Job will not be replaced by these crypto currencies platform. But through this we can earn a good amount and also consider it a part time job. But we work at this forum when we feel free ourselves. So wahts your opinion my friend.

I think that instead of jobs dissappearing there will be more jobs appearing and I think that this is already happening as we see new jobs for developers of blockchain systems and perhaps there will be jobs for blockchain users and office jobs of this kind later. Also cryptocurrencies are giving jobs to people online with marketing and more.

Jobs appear and disappear as technology advances. The problem is not cryptocurrencies but the robotics and AI technologies that will make around half a billion jobs disappear. Some idiots don't understand the meaning of a universal minimum wage that is trying to be promoted and think it is only about the taxation of their bosses. It will be a massive problem their small brain of course could never process. Cryptocurrencies are helping as we can find some ways to make money online but it maybe temporary and not forever.

I was hoping to read about a job that cryptocurrencies will make disappear but there wasn't any in the post. I then tried to think but I didn't find any. Maybe it will be the government employees responsible for creating the coins and paper cash. Although this is done in some government facility and only a few are employed so there won't be big damage done.

I think physical job may be disappears. Because now world is moving to digitalization and people will do their at their home online like happening now due to covid. 

I also agree with you that bitcoin will not effect on jobs however it will attract investors which are investing in forex trading and holding in banks.

We don't hope  that someone lose jobs duet the crypto and someone's earn drop. But may be the growing of the crypto might be effect the banking sector the, hte amount of money usually transaction through the banking channel will be drop.

Personally, I believe that development and technology are inevitable. Jobs are disappearing and it has nothing to do with bitcoins or cryptocurrencies.
 

Any activity that is repetitive, that is high risk or that requires continuity in terms of hours and continuous operation 24 hours will surely be replaced, all those jobs will be automated, automation will become cheaper and will continue to lower costs, robots will be more and more cheap and more people will have access to that technology in commercial terms, right now only large companies have access to that technology, but eventually that technology will become cheaper and we will see normal people, with small or medium-sized companies, hire robots to perform certain functions

 

That's a sign of the times, I don't think Bitcoin is going to have a significant impact in terms of employment; are the times in which we are.

I think that the jobs of banks and accountants in the shops will disappear, but there will be new jobs because technology will give many ways to work and profit from them.

I agree with your idea because cryptocurrencies are just another kind of payment system and trading , investing and all other earning methods in crypto has similar kind of jobs that pay in fiat so that is a proof it won't affect any other jobs or that would already be happened , as you said the only thing can affect jobs is the developing itself that is not related to crypto at all

The most possible problems could be faced by banks as the fiat currencies will have big problems if they are replaced with either cryptocurrencies, or central bank digital currencies. In the case of crypto the banks will lose all control of money and in the case of government digital currency they will lose some control and it would be more centralized.

I think it won' t be just minor jobs that would be affected, I believe that even doctors and engineers would decrease, because it would start affecting students and make them stop focusing on education required professions.
