If the cost of electricity is really low, you can consider it a good investment that will profit you after a few months and probably provide you a stable income in 2-3 years. You probably won't need more equipment until difficulty becomes too high.

that's absolutely true nowadays bitcoin mining is not profitable because competition has increased a lot but small minor are mining small cryptocurrency because there are so many cryptocurrency available to mine

When mining, it is very good to know how the coin price of the coin you are mining fluctuates. Well, solar power is not enough to sustain the electricity needed by the equipment for your mining rig because you cannot turn it off but the solar power just give some electricity when there's a sun available.
