holding crypto coins is the best option and to do when the market is not doing,When the value of cryptocurrency is low, then of course I will hold it because when its price increases later if I sells it I will get a lot of profit.Hold is not bad strategy but if you don't have enough patient it will bring you into big lost of value.

when we hold coins and big number of people do that it means that this coin is requested and its price will increase but when people sell their coins that will cause its price to fall and cause loses to people that holding them which is something make people complain about it

Well, that's true mate, simple post but the point is in there, this is the goal of the holders especially for Bitcoin because there's a possibility that it may increased by $15000 in this year because the halving is now done.

We buy and hold when prices are low and we sell for double the price when they go up. There you go I hope that answered your question. What is wrong is to sell when prices are low as you lose a lot. If price goes up and we have sold we have to find an entry and buy again. This is proper investing. Either that or we wait for a bull run and hold for extreme gains.

Yes we are holding cryptocurrency for getting higher profit. In future the cryptocurrncy market expands and the price of their coins increases like an example of bitcoin or eth. So thats why we buy and hold that coins and when in future their prices is gonna be huge we sell it for better profit.
