You should definitely contact to the customer care section. I hope they will solve your problem. This may be a bug for temporary. May be they are restarting the system or any technical error that taking place. The customer service can explain you the exact reason for that matter.

The only solution to this is to get in touch with the customer care to lodge your complain with it so that the problem will be resolve. Network problem can also cause this.y you can recheck after some hours
