The risk in margin trading is that when you suffer a loss in your trading since you are using more money than you can afford you will be in a mountain of debt with the platform that lent you the capital and the scary part about margin trading is that a loss of 50% or more from coins bought on margin equates to a loss of 100% or more plus interest. also the equity in your account has to maintain a certain value otherwise the platform that provided the loan can issue a margin call and the platform can liquidate your account without your approval.

In margin trading risk factor is so much low if we are going to trading in the margin trading and trade on the BTC pair than the main chance is that the 5% of your total investment is good and you make good money if you invest 1000$ investment.

I think you already have the answer and management risk is really needed to minimize your lost. Margin is for double possibility and like knife with two eyes, you should understand and careful before use it. Demo account will give you experience and maybe can change your mindset and strategy about margin it self.

i think not everyone could be doing margin trading because its very risky and when the market goes against your prediction you will lose quite a lot of money.

Crypto margin trading is related to trading with debt. It is highly risky because your loss would be double in this case if you get loss. Means you pay the loan capital and interest also. It is only good idea if you are ready to take high risk.

Margin is borrowing money ×5 ×10 ×20 for a trade

you will trade with five times your money and you will get five times the earnings and five times the losses as well

so be careful while using the margin trading

You can lose all of your money that you have on your margin account, that is the maximum risk that is involves, but if you are really careful and managing your risks well you won't lose as much for sure.
