Yes, it is the target of every exchange now, they will not require KYC as long as you cant purchase using a credit card that the only reason why exchange required KYC if you can buy using a credit card.

For exchange recommendations, I would suggest exchanges that have big names and a high level of trust. choosing the exchange depends on the taste, usually I will give a list of exchangers based on trust and rating. I also recommend the top 20 exchangers at CMC.

I like binance because it's very simple and has lots of good coins listed. What makes me like it the most because I use paid channels to get trading signals on binance exchanges

ok its good that you want to support your local exchange but i would advice you to be careful with local exchange because they usually have the worst security measures which means you could lose your money, and there is also the problem of low liquidity.

I would suggest newbie yobit because it was mine first exchange and i learned a lot from that exchange .it will be easy for me and him.I will easily guide him and convince him on yobit.My experience will be help full for him.

It is undeniable that binance is one of the exchangers with a high level of liquidity, which means that almost all cryptocurrency registered in binance has an active movement because of the many active members of the exchange, but do not forget huobi or hitbtc, because both are also exchanges that have liquidity levels  high.
