I am the old opera browser user and also I love to use Crypto. Now opera launch there new browser where we can store our Crypto and also we can use the browser as well.

But I think the security is not good here. mainly this opera wallet can be hacked by any  scammers because the wallet become online when you use the browser.

I will not say that it is not safe at all. However, I doubt I will not trust the browser to store my resources. Perhaps it is safe, it does not carry malicious intent, but the decision is in doubt. If in doubt, it is best to think a thousand times. General Chat Chat LoungThere are many safer wallets now and more fraud.

Well that's a good thing because another popular browser starts supporting the use of cryptocurrency and they also implement a crypto wallet in their browser. This will make opera users happy especially the one who is in the crypto world.

Yes it is a good thing. But it has to pass through testing as I will not put my money there

It is good that Opera's browser supports crypto coins as other browsers such as Google and Chrome are also going to support crypto coins in the future. I don't use the opera browser, but I have to try and use it.

If you are in need of a wallet there are many available so donot go after a browser but you can try browsers like brave and cryptotab which provides certain crypto for browsing and refferals.

That is a great news for the crypto community because if such a high trusted platform will support the crypto then many people will adopt it without any worry.

I noticed this things on my opera browsers. I was wondering how they think people will trust such wallet with all the intrusive and annoying adverts they promote.

I think they want something special for us and want all of us to use opera wallet. If they want our support then we also have to support it to use it.

I think this is good initiative from Opera that they are supporting cryptocurrency and may be it increase the browser user base. I hope all other browser also update the same thing very soon and accept crypto as world's new technology.

This is an experimental wallet and honestly browser wallets are not safe since your passwords can be saved by the browser which will make it easier for hackers to hack your account. Ill just use the traditional web wallets and cold wallets than a browser wallet.

I saw a new update on the Opera browser for Android that now supports and provide crypto wallet for Eth and have access to bounties Networks and also shops where you can spend some cryptos to buy stuff. But I am really concerned about the wallet, so people are this type of browser wallet safe? Your input 👇

I noticed this but there are some questions which is important.

OK they add cryptocurrency wallet and I see that wallet support BTC,ETH,TRX and some stable coin.

But question is how to secure that wallet how to make back up how to access again to old wallet etc.

And one more think, is that wallet connected with you Opera account or it's separated etc.

It's good but this question I recommend to all to check before use any wallet not just this one.

Opera browser is a popular browser and it's list on the top browsers name. It has a big community. For their new feature of crypto many people join into crypto I think.

Yes I think it's almost the same as Brave browser they provide network access and some crypto gift offers as long as they use their browser wallet. By maximizing the performance of their platforms by adding a crypto wallet to always keep trust in their platform. This is a good idea.

Basically after Chrome the most used browser by me is Opera. It is good and secure. The new Opera browser with a wallet is good news and we should encourage it. I will definitely use it as a wallet to see how this thing works out.

It is also have built it VPN to not tracing any kind of activities, but for me it is not like a safer browser for my funds in crypto even it is a known browser hackers will always find a way to hack this kind of browser so I didn't recommend this one to put all your funds.

It have a own VPN like in a TOR Browser, i dont think it's good
