It should not be because it looks copy paste, but it will be permitted if the contents of the topic are different or better.

Indeed yes,

that we are allowed to create and post topics but topics of same title is already a copy/paste if not a plagiarism, rules don't allow it,

Duplicated topics are not allowed, moderators are deleting those topic with the same content. It is just copy pasting and that is forbidden in any kind of crypto currency.

It is definitely not allowed, that is plagiarism, the posts that were posted after the original will be deleted but I do not know if you should report it to the forum admin or they have an algorithm or something like that to find this kind of rules violations

The same tittle make user confuse that he already make post on it the moderator will have fix this problem if anyone want to make post it is posted previously then he will not able to post here.

I do not think that this is allowed here in the forum, the title should be different and the content of the topic is different or it will be considered duplicate topics. This will cause you to get a warning point.

except for other language, Technically since title is same it is considered as same topic and will result to be deleted. but sometimes admins gives consideration especially if the content is different in details.

No of course it's not allowed. if you made a post that has the same content that has already been posted you could be given a warning point by the admins or moderators.

If want same title that's already other member post the title I think its prohibited if you want check if any one use the title pls use search option their shows any use title than post your title but use some ones title your doing copy paste moderators banned you so be care full when you post

No,its not allowed but until now many members still do it even they know that having same topic can be deleted. Many doesn't want to give time searching first.

No its not allowed whenever you want to post any topic in any of the sections of the forum then make sure that its not existing and if it is already posted then you should try some other topic which you can post and is not existing.

I think admins and moderators at that time were not strict enough to apply the rules, but right now I think that has changed a lot. Usually topics that are spam will be deleted in a few hours.

This is a plagiarism, if someone posted the same content as others post you can report it for them to have a warning. I have seen a lot of that through comments. They are using contents made by others to reply to your posts.

we cannot stop members to post topics even it is same with others. it is not allowed,but they cant control it.

I don't know if it's permitted or not, but if it's just the same title but the contents or posts are different, I think it's still safe.

I suspect that similar topics are prohibited and members should search the topics before publishing a repeating topic.

I also read some title are the same but in addition the topic she/he made is not look like.all i know is that if the post are the same and the content of the post are also the same.what i want yo say is if that is a copy paste
