My way to know if I had commented on this post or not

This is good for knowing the topics that I have commented on previously.
But you should only give a good reputation for useful and good content.
I give a good reputation for useful topics and a negative reputation for unhelpful posts.

I go to a particular forum I will like to comment on and after i click on the forum, topics will appear the one that shows back colour on the message box shows that you've commented on it before and the one that shows plain white means you haven't commented on it. That's how I identify the topics I haven't commented on.

There is already a small messaging icon which tells your whether you have commented or not. Giving reputation for the good post is very important but sometimes we have to give  them punish by which they can learn and never repeat the same mistake.

Nice idea, bro. I will do it too. Many topics and many comments so sometimes we forget if we commented that already or maybe if you read that topic again. You will remember that you already commented on it. But your way is nice in terms of giving reputation who is deserve it

In order to know if you have previously participated in a topic in this forum, it is easy. There will be a mark at the beginning of each topic in black, white or gray, and this indicates your condition in that topic.

That's easy my friend,if you want to know that you have  commented on a topic before or not , just you have to look at the signal next to the topic,if it's black ,it means that you have already commented and if it's white ,this means you didn't comment.

You're right about this. 

I also notice that thing when I checked that the chat indicator was black and I saw that I already commented on it. 

That's my strategy to know if I already commented or not in the topic.

A friend told me that there is certain way to identify if you already commented to someone's topic/post is that, if the chat indicator/signal located at the left side corner of a certain topic. If the chat signal/indicator shows only one black chat signal, it means that you haven't commented in that certain post yet. While you can identify that you already replied to the topic if the chat signal/indicator indicates two black chat signal. I hope that this will help you and the others as well.

But it may cause us to be lost as we are the new members as we are still trying to fully understand how it works here.

The best thing for beginners is to pay attention to the reference next to each topic whether it is black and white or completely white.

That's right, by knowing that I can easily know when I already commented on the topic, that's really a big advantage when you know the meaning of that so you can save so much time knowing that you already commented on a post.

You will know this by looking at the chat tag next to the topic, and it will be painted black if you comment on the topic

It is one way to find out if you are responding to a topic or not, but it takes time if the Internet speed is slow and secondly it is not completely certain.

As you may have responded without interacting, so it is better to rely on the color icons next to each topic to see if it was answered or not.

Hi , If you want, you know that you commented on the topic or not. G Click on the account name and see your comments in full, or you see a change in the color of the topic, meaning it becomes more transparent black color.

That's the simple logic that I also used too in order to easily identify or recognized the topic I had earlier commented on, the symbol beside the topic if it looks black it means you have posted on the topic and if it looks light it means you haven't posted

I'm still struggling about this signal sign if I already commented or not when I'm just a newbie here, but as I keep on reading I learned about the sign if I commented or not. But my struggle now is, all the topics from me are black. I'm still confused if can I still comment to those blacked sign topic, if it still counted when I commented to them? Since the new topics are so minimal, I can't find a topic to comment.

For me my friend I will know if I already commented on that post when I see in the topic sign if there is a black on the chat sign meaning that I already commented on that  So, it is much faster that clicking it and see if you react on someone's comment or in the topic for you to know if you already commented.

The easiest way you can differentiate between the posts you have answered and the ones you have not is through color difference because the ones you have replied to will be painted black by the left hand side of the topic while the ones you have not replied to will remain white, always take note of that to avoid confusion.

Well, you can discover this through your interaction with various topics But looking at the icons next to each topic before opening it makes you know that you responded to it first through the colors of the icons, if they were black, then you responded, and if they were white and black, you did not comment on it.

That's a nice strategy to know if you already commented but for me I'm checking my profile and see those posts I already commented to know and see if I already leave a comment in a post.

I don't think that this would be a good idea to know whether you already commented on a topic or not because there is some time that the mods limit us for giving reputation.

The good way for you to know if you already commented on a topic or not then look at the message icon beside the topic. If that is color black then you already did comment on it.

One of the easiest way you can know if you have replied to a topic is by the color icon, when you have commented to a topic you will see the icon has turned to black and if the icon is white that should tell you that you haven't respond to that topic but when it is showing ash color that means you have replied but the post is under verification.
