You are right, but the rate of deletion also causes problems to the forum in turn. Having less time each day to create something makes quality of posts less. If you need two hours to cover the gap you won't have time to write something really interesting and analyze it. Quality will go lower as a direct result of not having enough time.

Hi but all.  In the beginning, money is not everything in life, and the member may be interested in other things in the forum, such as developing it and increasing his popularity ... And the money should be a stimulus and nothing more than to work harder.

This is what I always do. Recently, my posts were not deleted, but yesterday, today, I don't know what happens. More than thirty posts were deleted in less than 24 hours.

I agree the in my case i always tend to make the best content everyday. And making informative and useful post to achieve 30 max post per day and in return i will get payment. This is what the phrase "what i am suggesting is a hard work,it can be slow work but the rewards are well worth"  applied. Making post daily,and getting deleted or not counted as useful is sometimes tiring but if we put heart and enjoy what we are doing fruit of it is worth it.
