  1. From when i first joined cryptotalk, I have been away from the forum for few months in between but my account was not banned. Even when you look at the profile of some users you can see that they are not active for months but their accounts are still active. So i donot think you will be banned for being inactive or the inactive period has to be too long to be banned.
  2. To promote daily discussions and conversations, new topics are required on a daily basis. A common mistake made by new members of the forum is posting repetitive topics which can earn them some warning points or ban as well if abused too much.
  3. This is a good way to reach the daily 30 posts limit for earning but if you yearn for learning than only posting topics and replying to the comments in them will not contribute much for expanding your knowledge. And quoting and replying to every comment can also be termed as spamming by some moderators.
  4. To be honest, my initial motive to join the forum was greed too. I was in it just for the rewards but the forum has some real potential and it made me realize that this is not just some earning site but an actual repository of information which also enables and promotes healthy discussions to keep us informed and updated.
  5. That is a good idea to promote a competitive but healthy environment in the forum. The forum is in need of a logo to officially represent itself and it can build relationships between users through a competition. Such exiting competitions are also healthy for the working environment and helps keep the forum interesting.
  6. Titles are meant to be short. All the details have their own designation which is the description section. Writing long titles with unnecessary words make it too informative which makes the whole subject unattractive. Tiles are meant to be short and adequate to represent the subject.
  7. By default the best time to trade is when the price of your crypto currency is high. That iis the basic of the selling but sometimes the market doesnot go as anticipated and in such cases it is necessary to trade before further losses. You also need to buy when the market goes cold with the possibility to rise again.
  8. It is rather easy to detect most ponzy schemes. In most of them the main source of income is through referrals and will mostly pay you to invite more investments. You just need to analyze how the company makes money, in ponzy schemes all its money comes from new investments which gets accumulated in the top who initiated the scheme.
  9. It is obviously better than any faucets and PTC sites. Due to stability in income it is probably better than many cloud mining sites. The amount you can make from faucets is extremely miserable unless you get very lucky. So there is no way cryptotalk can be compared with mere faucets.
  10. Payeer is actually a wallet which accepts some cryptocurrency and has an inbuilt trading platform. But the transaction costs donot seem fair sometimes and the limits are rather high for any smalltime trader. In my opinion coinbase has a better trading environment and can be trusted more. It would be hard to trust a large volume of crypto to some unknown wallet.
  11. The rise it Dash price came with a surprise so i could not capitalize it. Hopefully other altcoins will follow similar trends and the long waited and long anticipated altcoin season will arrive soon. But the real issue is to identify such altcoins which will blast off in the future.
  12. Having large number of miners have created a major influence of China in bitcoin markets. The price per bitcoin will be lower than other countries as you stated but the most interesting and a bit troubling fact is that China can alter or manipulate the price to large extents which is not healthy for btc markets.
  13. Diversifying the risks is a key element of trading to manage the price drops. The price is volatile for crypto and may fall anytime, so it is necessary to build a good portfolio to adequately allocate the losses when they actually occur. Portfolio can also be useful to increase the income from trading if developed properly.
  14. The most layman concept for trading is to buy low and sell high but for that you must be able to judge the price progression. For that you need to be able to analyze the supply and trading volume. Other basic tool in trading is to build a good portfolio to diversify the risks.
  15. I was late to find this forum and was quite frustrated of PTC sites during that point but ever since i joined this forum, all my experiences even bad was worth something because i can now converse and discuss about them in many threads like this.
  16. It is true that the prices have fallen hard but when you compare it with other financial sectors like stocks and forex, you will see that the crypto market is not in the worst yet. It seems to run good through this crisis and is a good message to convince people that crypto currencies are not scams but real investments.
  17. The long liquidation process is to encourage long term holdings and prevent intentional dump by the whales. Long term holding of the crypto asset is healthy for its growth and shows that the platform is actually serious about the future of the project. Followers is a bit hard to come by but with good content and a little investment some big steps can be skipped.
  18. Then its about how much these facts even each other. If sufficient people are invested in crypto currencies during the lockdown then it is possible that the dump from the financial and economic crisis of many can be balanced out. But if current course continues then it seems very unlikely.
  19. The best course of action for the pump and race is to paste a sell order on the wall with reasonable profit margin to benefit from the pump. Long term holding of these coins donot look profitable and it is good to sell within the few seconds of pump.
  20. Well its not about earning money for the forum or for ourselves. It is our responsibility to help develop this forum into a even better platform for healthy discussions. To create such healthy environment to motivate good discussions, users must first develop their understanding by reading and learning more. Like you didnot read my description throughly otherwise you wouldnot be stating such irrelevant facts.
  21. It doesnot look like the lockdown is going to end soon so we have a lot of time that we can either waste on dumb videos and memes or we can do something productive that will help to sustain our financial situation during this pandemic.
  22. That is a good though but i donot think such global scale organization like WHO with so much goodwill bill ever develop and launch a project with such ill name. WHO can sure launch a crypto currency to bring more transparency in its transactions and to effectively distribute financial support to needy.
  23. I know for a decentralized currency, it is not healthy to be influenced by a country so much. But hopefully with the legalization and adaptation of bitcoin in other big countries the number of miners and investors will be more evenly distributed and china's influence will waver.
  24. It is appreciated that users are trying to provide much detailed topics that composed of countless words. A topic needs to be detailed, simple and adequate to properly describe about a subject but also in simple terms so that even crypto layman can grasp the concept. But the correct designation of these important details is the description section not the title. There are many topics in the forum which are literally a full sentence and even more sometimes. The title of any subject cannot be a sentence. There are times when sentences are also appropriate for a title but even in such cases it is necessary to keep the title as short as possible. The title is supposed to be long enough to summarize and refer the whole subject into a words or few. Full sentence length of titles make it unattractive and too detailed. So lets keep the title short and sweet and keep most of the details for description where you can express all you want.
  25. I often come across many discussion threads that are about the success in trading. Many people seem to be curious about making it big from trading but a common emitted aspect for success in trading is to build a good portfolio. A portfolio is a collection of investments owned by a single individual. It is a grouping of financial assets such as stocks and bonds. All successful traders and investors have one thing in common. They develop a diverse portfolio to make surplus profit or to reduce the loss. They donot put their all in a single project rather diversify their assets to reduce the risk of any one of them crashing down. In similar way, portfolios are a key aspect of crypto trading as well. You need to build a logical and profitable portfolio of crypto currencies to reduce the risks of price volatility. A simple example of can be investing in Bitcoin and Altcoins. It can be called a portfolio in very vague terms but it is a simple reference. If the price of bitcoin falls then the rise in other altcoins that you possess may cover its deficit. But the altcoins also have some degree of correlation and which altcoin will rise against bitcoin is difficult to determine. Thats why portfolio needs to be much more planned and detailed. Portfolio is an effective technique of risk allocation used by the most successful investors. If you too dream to make it big in trading then build a good portfolio that can be profitable for you while gently allocating the loss if any occurs.
