Do we need to HODL Crypto until the price goes up?

The market is becoming stable but not gonna fully stable in time becauae of corona virus.Most of the economic of countries are gone down and forex is also suffering from this.Crypto is down to 1/3 of his size.

You are right but it's not easy for most of the people to do trade on daily basis because of lack of knowledge so they should hold their coins to make some profit.
