Yes, you can comment and respond to members on your own topics, but you should not reply to every person in a single response. You must collect all 3 people and respond to them, and that is better.

Yes you can reply to the comments to the users who get replied on your topic. Just do not spam your topic because you can get reported. Please read the rules and regulations of this forum.

You can comment on your own topics if someone's asked from you to explain more about your OP and then your comments become value able for community of crypto talk forum. Other wise don't need to reply on your own posts of this forum can become useless posts.

Yes you can comment on your own post and it can be counted as one post. 

Just don't spam the comment and don't violate rules for you to enjoy sharing information in this forum.

When you create topics you might have posted a very informative post.Then everyone will start to answer that content and give their opinion.You can quota and answer those posts.

You can either Quote, mention someone under your own topics , why not ? I have seen some users on this forum, creating the quality topics first and actively mentioning someone under his topics. You can do this but should be meaningful.

There is no rule against that, I have been doing it and I have seen many other do it without any penalty, except you are spamming with it. Forum are all about discussions and each topics must be properly discussed and it should be championed by the author of the topic.

That's good, checking your posted topic and see those who commented on it and give them some answer or elaborate to them the answer if they have some questions.

it wouldn’t make any sense if people couldn’t answer on their own topics, imagine if someone posts any information and people have doubts then the topic creator should answer people's doubts, for that reason it wouldn’t make sense if people couldn’t reply on your own topics
