Moving average explain

Moving average is just a line that explains the price.
Who it work?
moving average take the price in close of the candlesticks ÷ how many candels you want
For exmple:
Moving average 20.. that mean the sum of prices for 20 candlestick ÷20.

Moving average types:
1- simple moving average (SMA):
Its called as slow moving average .. and I mean in slow .. that mean the line they draw on chart Precisely with not even close to the right price

2- exponential moving average (EMA)
Its fast mode .. that mean the draw of the line will be so fast and there's no check if is the price correct or close to real

Uses of Moving average:
There's so many traders here know how they use it correctly .. Technically there's a tons of strategys Depends on moving average .. I will post some later if you Interested

Although there are various changes in the moving averages, their primary purpose is to increase the clarity in the trading charts.  This is done by simplifying the graphs to easily create a trend indicator.

Yup , also it can help to know if the price will go up or go down .. there's so many ways to know I will explain later

Moving averges can not used as trading signals specially in the crypto market, as it is very volatile market and Moving Averages are used in trading markets like stocks, gold,... etc, but they can be used to know the general trend of the market.

For short trading or one day trading we need to used simple moving average of 15 or 20 or 9 and if your are investment for medium term or long-term investment then used 50 moving average line.

The moving avarages often perform like a strong resistance or support line. That's why traders are always looking at these levels. Prices tend to return to these avarages all the time.

Well cryptocurrency is very volatile and it's moving depending on the averages, however it's not necessarily to rely in some of it because in the end we're the one who can make a decision base on our own strategy.

A great tool is also MACD which is a momentum indicator that displays the relationships between the 26 EMA and the 12 EMA. Really good tool that many traders use.

These are all techniques that we can use in a helpful way to do trading, but it is better to do simple classic trading and avoid complicating things because simple trading at the present time is better.
