Coinbase and the blockchain wallets are definitely good and reliable. I prefer to use the bitpay wallet. This is an app that works great for me. But you can also keep your bitcoin in an online wallet that could earn you interest, liek freebitcoin. But if you have a lot of btc i would suggest investing in a hardware wallet. It can't be hacked.

You can withdraw money with Yobit.  Because with Yobit you can easily withdraw money.  Yobit is an online money investing site.  There is a section called Withdrawal.  From where the money can easily be deducted.  You can withdraw money by converting Bitcoin to USD.
