Yes of course I think is very very hard to find or to know who is a good project or program who not, because the majority of them are scammers project or program owners, the only way is to investigate on the forum maybe you find the bad experience or report.

Hey friend I agree to your post in this time it's really hard to find a good project I have waste a lot of time in this way but I have no experience how good responses in social media I hope you find a best way about your carcare

I think finding projects in some exchanges are much okay, because it is much more legitimate unlike doing for your own search, and also before you join into a project always look for whitepaper and the team behind of that project.

If you want to invest on ico or after listing project, then you have to read the projecy white paper to know how strong it is. Try to research about it before invest.

It is something hard to find a good project other than the top projects. We need a deep studies to find a good project and also we can read the white paper of every project.

You can't see if project are legit in number of likes in facebook and in Twitter 

You can easily see if project are not scam if they have transparent team and good project idea.

-No projects needs your private keys.

-If you are asked to send funds before joining.
