Old money is banks. It is manipulated and inflative. It was made to serve a few people.

It's not a great currency yet, it's market cap isn't big enough, and there's a lot of speculation so it's volatile.

 

The advantage is it's an inherently limited supply, no one can inflate its value. That's what makes it different from fiat. Even the Romans inflated gold by diluting it with other metals.

 

The other advantage is that you can have any number of cryptos, where there are only a few precious metals. This increases the amount of competing currencies and increases innovation.

 

This technology is still in its infancy. The technology behind it, blockchain and decentralized ledgers, will become core foundations of technology as important and widespread as the transistor and the internet. We've only begun to see, and can only imagine what it's capable of.

Crypto currencies was really better than the ordinary currency in each of the country. That happened only because crypto gave an opportunity to the majority here in this industry, although fiat was still important as of the moment.

There are many of topics available to argue with some one to convince him/her to adopt the crypto world and tell why crypto currencies are better than fiat currencies. The major are, digital, decentralized, no need of banks. Faster, safest etc.

I have only a bigger difference to argue that crypto currencies are in digital form and fiat currencies have older format. So the world is turning to digitalize everything, and why should not currencies also be digitalize.

Crypto have their own follower and famous in their circle, but all economy transaction must use currency for legality reason. For me, crypto is better to make currency and currency can make my crypto strategy running. They have different function but we can take benefits from both of them.

I don't try to convince people that crypto is the best currency because each currency has its own advantages. I believe we should use all currencies that are beneficial to us in every situation. Every crypto user needs his/her local currency as long as he/she lives in that country. No one can deny the fact that cryptocurrency is much more advanced than fiat but their applications are different. There is still not a single currency that can serve all purposes.
