mood swing is something that is very important, if your mood isn't right, then I think you should wait for it to be right before posting to the forum, because a bad mood would make you to write something that is not meaningful/useful

I am not expert in emotional handling. In fact I will probably be terrible at that. Some days I just can't write anything and it is because of what is happening around me can affect me in negative way. Although sometimes I try even more. The least thing can affect performance in any way.

Yes mood play a basic rule in very work.  Crypto work also depends on your mood if you have good MOD and time you can pay more time time and interested

Definitely the mood will hugely affects your job here in forum, sometimes I don't want to made a post because I'm not in the mood to do it. That's why I suggest to made a post in the morning since I think you are very energetic when you woke up, and according to some expert you have so much energy in the morning since sleeping is a way for us to rest and repair the damage cells. That's what I'm always doing, and it is very effective.

yes my mood effect my performance in the forum so much , when im happy and optimized i can write lot of posts at day without any tiredness fealing , but in my bad mood i cant even write good 5 posts ..

Yes a lot, especially when it comes to writing and you need a sober mind you need to understand yourself and be sober but in the end there are a lot of ways to which one should be able to follow some of this strategies well there are a lot of people out there who just wrote the wrong posts because they are tired their mind are very tired so yes the mood affects how you write in this forum.

Cryptotalk improves my mood, since it offers me something in which to occupy my time, since thanks to the quarantine I cannot or want to leave my house, so in my free time I chose to post in the forum, in conclusion Cryptotalk motivates me a bit to keep going.

 

It is also easy to learn, teach or impart ideas in this forum, since there is freedom of expression.

I am new here but for work in general, being depressed makes my productivity less because I tend to do some other stuff that makes me happy or feel better but I think that this thing should not make us stop from working no matter what ever happens to us we have to continue

Mood really matters and have a significant effect on work. Well in my opinion, one have to be in good mood to do his/her particular work because if someone is not in mood he/she will not be able to complete the task and fulfil the requirement of particular work. If i talk about myself, when i had to complete my assignment and my mood is not let me do it and my brain is totally off then i stopped doing my work and my first priority was freshen up my mood with any activity and then start working again. This strategy is really helpful atleast for me and i applied same strategy for crptotalk.

Indeed our state of mind would affect our versatility and coherence in the topics, this because people could get carried away by emotions and work with great discouragement and could even reach the point of insulting another person, and thus a community like this does not work well. so I recommend that those who have a bad day, do not start the forum until they regain their spirits and the desire to continue.

If you are not feeling good you should avoid posting because that can translate into what you are writing. You need to write when you know that you are willing to and also when you know you have something serious to share with other members which would help them in their crypto career.

As a scientist carrying out any experiment or any test in the laboratory, one of the safety guidelines of getting accurate results is to be in a good mood before carrying out the test or experiment and this i am going to relate with this topic to prove that one being in bad mood can affect one negatively in the activities of the group as it won't allow one to be able to focus to learn from the educative and informative posts as it may even affect someone to the level of violating the forum rules and regulations unknowingly which can even result into one being banned.

my mood don't have any affect on my work, because when I joining cryptotalk in any mood I will make the same replies and topics, such as in my opinion our emotions can't change our opinion, but I know a lot of humans, who even won't join cryptotalk, if they have bad mood
