I don't think much, but I believe I always keep my bitcoins secure. If I cheat and lose all the money, I will try to get it back by all means, if not, I have to accept it.

I do not understand your question, so I answer according to my understanding. If you lose all of the BTC that you have due to scam exposure. That means you don't have assets to buy altcoin. unless you make a deposit with your money.

Although the price of Bitcoin will rise dramatically in 2020, we will still be able to buy Bitcoin and Altcoin because we already have capital cryptocurrencies. My strategy that will be used is to wait for the peak price of Bitcoin, which is after halving day, I will sell all my Bitcoin to USD, then wait for the price to come back near the basic level to buy Bitcoin.

Don't worry you are not going to be deprived off from the right of purchasing bitcoin & other Cryptocurrencies. This is because the market capital is not yet huge & market need some giant investors or crypto whales to actively take part in the whole process. But some security & regulatory authorities are the real barriers. But the price will surge up as the bitcoin is going to its halving process where the block reward will be halved to 12.5btc. Actually I didn't understand about your question properly. But I can say you about my status of bitcoin. I only invest on bitcoin few of my fund. Because now there is small change to get more profit.
