Hello my dear friend. As we all know that crypto currency prices are very much uncertain. Bitcoin price is increasing that doesn't mean it will only keep increasing. It will reduce and increase again and again. Exact predictions can't be made about it.

Well in 2020 prices have declined only in first month of the year bitcoin was over $10k and now it is fluctuating around $6-6.3k. And all the other altcoin as well. Hope that the bitcoin price will again soon start to increase.
