There are a website that able to scan malicious website which contain pishing/malware, namely virustotal.com

There are also pretty much site similar like virustotal.

There are many of precautionery measures are availabke to avoid scams. We only need to understand the basics of scams and have to be very attentive in all aspects of crypto currencies

Now a days i am receiving personal messages on telegram, and i am sure these all want to scam me. I immediately block them and report scam. Always be careful regarding unknown persons who contact you without any contact by you.
