You can't do reaction without checking the post you first must read it and then you put a rating number .if you like then you put positive if its not relvent topic then you put negative rating but mostly people's don't want nagative because its waste of earning money and still put positive comments and reactions

So my suggestion for everyone always try to maintain the forum rules and get a good reputation. As a beginner, most of the members don't know about forum rules properly. For this they break the forum rules and get warning point.

That's obviously true but restrictions and penalties on the forum depend on the number of warning points you are given by the forum moderators as punishment for violating the forum rules and regulations as you can review the restriction and penalties provided per each warning point given

• < 2(WP) = No penalty
• 2(WP) = Restrict from posting content(3 days)
• 3(WP) = Restrict from posting content(10 days)
• 4(WP) = Restrict from posting content(30 days)
• 5(WP) = Suspend from accessing the site (~180days)

Yes. Sir remember that when you are begginer. After completion of 100 posts you have to post 20 per day and for 7 days. You didn't pay by forum for these 7 days. But when you rate someone else they gave you 50 talktokens for the day. Same this rule apply when you are suspended due to violation.

Wow so you are saying that even if you get a temporary restriction you can still access the forum read and also react on the posts, that good thing to know,  but can i ask you some thing, did you get paid for your reactions that you give, or is it free from payments.

My friend, when restricting you from posting or warning you and banning you temporarily, you can give a reputation to others daily and earn a little from 50 reviews, you get in return 50 pieces talk, but you could not actively participate in the forum, unfortunately thank you

This is considerable amount which is best for members to use it carefully many if forum does hive this much to their members their for we have to use wisely and rewarded those whom put extra efforts in content creation.
