Because 90% websites are working under scammers.  They want to scam us with any way like telegram any other duplicate websites or from our gmails. Second, some exchanges provide an insurance fund if something goes wrong and some exchanges don't. Choose wisely. Well it is essential mate before investment we have to do research about the site and coins as well because a small mistake can lead to huge loss and we have to be far away from being scammed so yes I'm agree with you to have knowledge before investment so that will be better..

It's in their responsibility to do their research before investing in anything including investing platforms, and if they don't they are solely to blame for their loss.

 

When you just start working in a different space and don't know much about it you have to do two things at first:

 

1: Do some basic research to get some kind of a clue what is it all about.

2: Ask other people's opinion who have more experience than you about the matter.

 

If you skip one of these two you're doing it wrong and remember that even experts could use some advice, so no matter how experienced you think you are there's nothing wrong with making sure you're on the right path.
