Trading of a coin in one exchange to another due to price difference refer to arbitrage ?

I think arbitrage trading is not profitable, because transaction costs between exchanges are already expensive, if looking for profits from price differences from one exchange to another, I think it's a waste of time, because the price difference between exchanges in my opinion is very small.

Yes at this moment is not much profitable but there are some coins that can give you some profit when you carefully check at the arbitrage trade you can get at least a little profit.

This is exactly what it means by arbitrage trading. Arbitrage trading is good and profitable but it is too risky to the public especially when one isn't smart and fast. You can easily become rich making use of arbitrage trading especially when you have huge capital to invest on good altcoins like litecoin and ethereum.

I have noticed this too, that is why you need thousands of dollars for arbitrage trading, it will help to let the withdrawal feel not to have any effect. $5000 or more good for arbitrage. The withdrawal feels is the same.

Trading coins can easily make one become rich within a short period of time but you need good knowledge and experience to apply to the capital you want to invest in the field, arbitrage trading is one of the best trading strategy of earning good income without much stress but you have to be careful in terms of selecting coins for the trading because you can easily loss as well if you fail to go for good coins that fluctuate a lot.

No, this is a misconception, you are not right, but very possible you can make money from trading but not easy like said.

When you have good experience about the field my friend you are almost done and all you need is purchase good coins and keep monitoring the market so that you will know the right time to sell for good profit. Remember big investment give big profit, when you invest big you will can be rich within a short period of time.

For people that have experience about trading, money can be a problem, that is the issue now, I need more money so there could be more profit. With good learning about trading, someone need to still not be greedy and patient.

Yes partner, that is another problem some people are facing especially the newbies who don't have enough experience, greediness can lead someone to great loss at the end and for that reason I will advise everyone who has the habit of greediness that you should sometimes take the little profit you may earn and invest more so that your opportunity can increase.

@Babubu609 freind, i'm tried to work with this method before but i found it very defficult, because the price can change at any time, for example if you buy any coin from exchange X and you transfered to exchange Y, you should be study all risks, time of transfer, transfer fees, if your coin is not blocked in wallet because maintenance or some thing.

Yes that is true in arbitrary trade we need to be careful not to be much eager because just as you said either exchanger X or Y will be under maintenance. Therefore we need to to take a good research if any coin we want to trade before proceeding especially at withdrawal or trading the coin and also the coin address also matters a lot.

I fear to do this kind of trading though many reach traders are doing it but i fear to do it because if you will lost one transaction you are done. Because you will need like 1 BTC to do this trading and earn profit.

Sending your coins to a wrong address is not arbitrage trading, it is not even trading at all. Even people that are not trading can send coins to wrong addresses. This is exactly the point I am trying to explain in term of copying and pasting and withdrawal process seem to be the big factor that causes failure in arbitrary trade.

@Babubu609 Thanks for your informative content, it was a great topic from you as usual. Arbitrage trading is mostly popular these days, and many traders are found to be doing arbitrage trading. However, with the increasing traders in arbitrage it has been more difficult to sustain, and make profit in return. Also, there's much risk in arbitrage trading, just if the coins gets down or the withdrawal fees are higher than expected, you could get in problems, also you need to find a good pair for your trade, which can make you a profit, and later if it gets stuck on orders and if coin price goes down, then there will be loss. So, I just want to make sure, arbitrage is not simple as it seems to. In fact the trader goes through lots of complexities while trading, if it all goes as expected, then he/she could make a good profit from arbitrage. Otherwise, he/she should sustain a heavy loss. So, in my opinion arbitrage is a complete risk, only few traders know how to handle the situation and for what pair they should go for getting a good profits with this strategy.

I've used arbitrage trading a lot before, and made good profits from these trades. But I was facing some problems with the exchanges that required high commission for some currencies, so sometimes I would pay all the profit as commission.
