Being on the leaderboard can happen to everyone but to be on that list,we should have higher counts of like received on our own topic made and unfortunately,like reaction until now is not properly used. The advantage of putting your name inside the leaderboard is for everyone to get it and it is done by writing a distinguished post and it draws the attention of everyone so if you want to put your name inside the leaderboard you have to work hard inside the forum and make distinguished and important posts for all members

Yes you and I including other members have the same opportunity to be on the leaders board. Their is assurance that very soon the forum will start giving payments to respected users on the forum and thus will serve as a way to motivate other users on the forum

Yes but no only quality posts can be liked, useful posts are more liked, you can post something qualitative but not useful for me. So, useful post just the way you said it is the best way to earn good reputations.

@Dark_Sky yes you can be on the board if you are able to make a good qaulity posts that deserves  reputations you will surely be on the boards this shows a sign of respected and qaulify member in the forum

Actually being on the leaders board requires much hard work, someone needs to be hardworking and active in the forum and also must be contributing vitally to the forum,  and most times needs to be high ranked in the forum.

On my part, I am from this topic. I do not find any problem. Just do what you need to do. I know that whether you are doing a lot of hard work or a little, you are at least contributing to a lot. it's very easy ! all you have to do is making a special topics at the same day ! and then people will press the love react button at the same day so you will gain a lot of reputation points per day !

To be in the leadership board members should have to do work more hard on their contents even their continents should be enough attractive so that people will automatically come to their content and give their review and also you have to give reply on every required review so that they will clear about your content also your topic will be in the top always and when you are making this type of content you will get good reputation.
