They are fooling themselves because writing topics make them earn more coins and the easiest way is to spam these useless questions and hoping for the best that the moderators will not see them. It is sad really to see people doing these kinds of things.

It is normal to have a huge gap between topics and replies. You said it in your topic, this is a discussion site, people converse inside each topic and I think this is healthy. Your topic is not correct. They are saying that there is something wrong with your ip address, someone with the same ip did something against the rules there that is why you have to pay so you can get back on posting. And no, I do not think cryptotalk will charge its members.
