  1. I think people who are not into tying capital down for a long time will be better off to trade now that btc prices are on the high level. A very good profit will be made during this period. What's not encouraged now is trying to make purchases. In the end, it all depends on individual needs. @Phu Juck @Dormilon
  2. The posts which you have comments on gave the chat-like icon beside the title of each post black. If you have not commented on the post, this icon will be white. So whenever you see that the icons before the title is black, you will know that you have commented on it. You can however still comment on the post if you wish to. There is not problem in having multiple comments on one single post as long as they are not the same. @Zrnabaly @Gadroo
  3. The easiest way is to use the search box. Filter the search options to "members" to make the result as few as possible then type in their username and search. If you don't know the full username, just type what you can remember and likely results will be shown. From there, you can select your choice from the result. @kikifam
  4. @AuthorityThis is really sad because a lot of Nigerians depend on this as a means of survival. The Government, despite the massive unemployment decide to also block another source of earning income without preferring any solution to alleviate people's suffering and those that will suffer as a result of this new policy. This is move is not only unnecessary but also a bad one. @scofield64 @hamza123a
  5. As a beginner, the best place to start out is the beginners section as well as the about section. Here, you will be able to learn a lot about the basics of this forum as well how to make use of your earnings without necessarily asking anyone to put you through. @Dlexx69 @Dado07 @Melissa88
  6. Criticism is good for our growth and development. When this is done in a wrong way, the purpose of criticism will not be achieved. So when every we want to criticize a comment or post, it should be done constructively and politely. @Gimini @Talha @Lolo33

  8. This strategy is good and works sometimes. For it to work for you, make sure you choose the topics you want to comment on carefully. Posting comment on topics that are not so reasonable will not get you reputation because many people will be avoiding such topic. @Hamza puria
  9. This is one benefit that many members may not realise they have by working on cryptotalk platform. Through writing of comments and posts everyday and also from reading a lot of contents, our communication and composition skills are improved. This is regardless of which language you communicate with because there are two sections. @Amara John @Cryptolovee @Janii
  10. Having an app will be good for everyone especially if it comes with certain features. For example if it has a feature where by we see the number of post we make and how many of them are deleted or if can get notification for deletion of posts, and comments made on our posts, mentions and more. @Mr.malus @Emmy brown @Hussi
  11. I think the first and third reason are what will learn to receiving warning points. The second point is what I think is more likely to be the reason for locking posts. I think when a post has recieved certain amount of comments, it gets locked up.
  12. Through daily participation and interaction with posts and people on the forum you begin to learn a lot of things about the forum and cryptocurrency. Also by educating others what you have learned you find out that your knowledge increases on a daily basis. @DrAhmadAlkazem @realmarks
  13. There are risks in every human endeavor. When it comes to cryptotalk, there are also risks. The risk may be that you lose your account or get banned. @again
  14. The topic of this post of yours is quite misleading without reading the content it self. Rules are meant to be followed and not broken. The consequences for breaking rules can be negative to an individual. We may lose money by that and even get banned. @Haley @moh123456 @Iqra 220
  15. Price volatility being the beauty of cryptocurrency can also be the ugliness of it as well. Yes there is a high profit to be made if a coin or token that was invested on over time increases and value. There are times where some coins or token decline and never gain much value. This leads to waste and loss of resources. That's why we need to be careful and make research before investing on a coin or token. @Adam786 @Sdealer @RoyalHouse01
  16. With the coming of corona virus pandemic, people suddenly have a lot of free time on their hands and are willing to try new things and also find other ways to make money. So it's no suprise that cryptocurrency becomes even more popular during this period. @Haibat khan @Dada vai
  17. The investment box is a really safe place to earn something more with what you already earned from cryptotalk. When it comes to the size of what you can invest, it doesn't matter. Use as little as you have and you will get the right percentage of investment that was indicated. It's something that I have used and I started with as little as 4talk tokens just to see how it works. I never lost any of my money to investment box. The returns are not much if the amount invested is small but it is better than just sitting in the account while it accumulate. Everyday, I add everything I earn to the previous investment and overtime, the return started having positive impact. @Linclon4 @Emi liman @koshs56
  18. Well, there is are two ways to view this. Some topics have less replies because they are not so good. Others because they are still new. The latter will be the one to comment on so that when others come, your comment will be seen on the first page and can get likes by other readers. This is a nice strategy. @emma2.0
  19. 60 posts deleted is very much to be deleted. Fortunately, I have never experienced this mass post deletion before. I wouldn't know why it's so but can only hope it doesn't happen anymore. @Honny143, did you ever find out why 60 of your post were deleted during this period.
  20. Reputation is best increased when you create your own topics. But you must make sure your topic is not a duplicate and it has a rich content for it to be able to attract a lot of readers. This way, the readers give you ratings in high numbers. If you focus on comments alone, you will not get much audience or ratings because people hardly go through comments beyond first page. @rami123
  21. Sorry that you were suspended for a little while. This is why it is important that we stop reading the subject of a content alone but we need to read the full information before we post our own comments. Thanks for this information because I never knew members could get suspension for such. @Zukovich @Mecalum
  22. Yes this is true. When it comes to IP addresses, the rule is that there should be no two accounts on one device. This is an automatic ban if detected. If you would like to change your device to another one, this does not contravene the rule. @Haley
  23. Every mistake is a lesson to learn from. In cryptocurrency, mistakes are expensive and should be avoided at all cost because it might be very devastating. With every mistake, money is involved and lost. So we all have to learn and avoid mistake as much as we can. The stakes are high. But we make any mistake, we should learn from it and avoid making the next. @Robert88876
  24. I have never seen or heard of any app that teaches about cryptocurrency. The best way to learn still remains any form of interactive learning where by you will have someone to answer the questions you have. A forum like cryptotalk readily offer such services. @Afreen603
  25. I agree with all that you have said except the part where we have to change our password every now and then. This is something that is very risky to some of us because after changing password so many times, it gets confusing and you may forget the actual password you are using. Once this happens, you may lose access to your account. @Kashan khan @Mommy
