I would say the admin should make some regional boards, but they are not taking care neither interested in such thing. They knows, but they prefer Russian as we see the moderators and Admin are too from Russia, so they can speak everything. Some people likes their mother tongue and I believe they have a native language on Internet too, but we don't have native languages here.

If you have some additional income like from Job or something that comes monthly, then apply it. For working online I wont recommend to apply a loan since it goes harder to pay when comes for interest or repayment. I took in the past a loan and am unable to pay money from online resources. You should go with IEO, Currently ICO's are turned out into scams and you have to find best IEO that would work for your money. I suggest you to choose BNB coin at the moment or listen to other people worlds. There are some top coins that may perform better in this year so invest in them instead of ICO.

The main problem is storing the assets is hard and the people who are rich will only get huge money, but the poor can't succeed to become a millionaire with Bitcoin. It is most time like pump and Dump where whales play with poor people like small investors.

@palalu @lucky80 That is good conversation, but this will never happen in life. I must say if the program is a genuine and they have funds to promote, then they could pay bounty in BTC or ETH. These ICO or IEO comes with thousands of $$$$$$ for bounty hunters without holding that much money with them. Yeah all those were shit tokens and we have to stay away from them instead of promoting.

Yep, Even we are unable to calculate how many coins we get after the Bounty. I don't know what does lies in this exchange, but once upon a time I sold my tokens to another person while still the bounty runs. Some people buy full campaign participation and they even give us a ether address to use in the bounty if the project is good. I hope you got understood now.
