Most of the newbies people in crypto currency are trying their best to achieved their goals in here but there is some people who pulling them down because they're newbies in this forum but in fact they can't pull them down because these newbies people wanted to earn from cryptos so they keep posting again and again even they're posting nonsense topic so my point is we should guide them here because no one can pull them down if they really want to earn in cryptos, they should learn more things here so they can't create nonsense topics again. Thank you. These newbies wanted to earn money in crypto currency just like us so we should guide them and help them from their concerns here, helping other people is also good for us because we could also earn money while helping them so its a gold thing to guide them too.

Yes i totally agree with your post as people should not start acting as moderators as they have been doing there work very effectively and i appreciate it. I think that we should stop giving reputation points to useless people and promote good posts.

There is nothing wrong about reporting or criticizing posts if they are not useful or are meaningless. This forum is a very good source of information and to keep it that way it is necessary to filter posts mainly of newbies so that they will do a through research next time before posting.

That is true, if someone finds a content useful and wants to give it positive reputation it is up to them, I guess also some users give reputation to give motivation to new users even if the quality of their post is average and there is nothing wrong with that.

People have their own perspective in every topics they read. We must considered their idea than criticizing them. Everyone has different style of learnings.

Each user has their own views and opinions in this forum, I can accept your input and criticism. Regarding reputation is the right of all users if you want to do it by force or not, it has become their responsibility and rights. then also respect their decisions.

Those post who needs reputation are those posts which have a good content and really helpful in this forum also in the members. 

Give your reputation to those who really deserves it.
