I think if you send your money to the wrong address you will never get it back.  Because when they don't give you feedback on that money, you have to look at the address well before sending the money.

It's very bad. I always say people that be careful when you are linked to crypto things. We crypto people are in a vulnerable situation. Scammers are always in search of opportunity to scam. If you are not careful enough then your money is lost. Always check the address in which your are sending money because there is so many virus now in market that changes the address while sending

It never happened to me...  But if it happened to you u can't recover it if you send coin with address... But if you send coin with email, there have a scope to recover... How?? You can send an email to this email, if he send you back that's your luck.. But only 1 % chance to happen that... Sorry for your loss mate, I think you need to be more careful next time to prevent such  mistake from happening again...

Oh my friend, it just happened to me 3 months ago and I sent almost $ 100 to the hacker's address and I never knew it was possible to create a virus that way.
Then I wanted to make sure that perhaps the platform I was dealing with was installed or something and I wrote to the support and then the support responded within hours and said that they sent the money to your wallet.
Then I was surprised, how is that !!? , And I copied my address again to send other money from another platform and sent that again to the address of the hacker because I was not working that there is a virus like this really.

we must check address wisely before we are going to make any transaction , because transcation is unreversible after transcation is confirm .

Dont use torrent sites to download files because they contains these types of viruses and dont trust any moded software and give permission to your pc or mobile. Hackers has got a lot of ways to steal your money so be safe .Just be aware about sending cryptocurrency and try not to use the sites and software that may contain viruses.

Really unpleasant situation. I don't think it was caused by a virus.  You had autofill enabled or the wrong address was copied to the clipboard. You are really right, you need to carefully check the recipient's address. The address is of course long , I usually check the 4 first and last letters-numbers.

There have been lately an increase and many fake airdrops that demanded downloading some apps and wallets that infected systems and were stealing private keys. Also there has been this where addresses are changed when we send bitcoin. It is known for years and I am sad this happened to someone and is keep happening. I have heard too that the hackers send the virus which changes the adress which is been copied  in your clipboard, so I recomend you to check your fist and last word before  you send the money.

I understand many of you have this problem they have mistakenly sent BTC to another address and lost their BTC so we need to check BTC or any other coins before sending them to another country to see if my address is correct.
