Some news agencies are there just to spread the false news and utterly idiotic bullshits against Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Like OP mentioned in his topic, last airdrop by Keybase to distribute a massive amounts of XLM had a little bit impact to its price. Checking and reviewing news might give us a clue what the things going on crypto world.

If you believe the doomsayers and cryptomaniacs, the possible impending weakening of the dollar is going to make it hard to tell what is rising in real value and what is dropping, as everything should rise. People providing advice in the crypto world will take advantage of this (if it happens) to provide accurate advice or their own version of "Fake News". Its not hard to provide sound crypto advice when the vast majority of currencies will strengthen against the dollar. The only true indicator of a currencies strength will be how it behaves against the big daddy, Bitcoin. If the dollar really does weaken due to hyperinflation then crypto will indeed be the big winner but this will also be a golden age for scammers and people providing dodgy advice at a price. It remains to be seen though.

Totally agree, mate. I find that news in this crypto world tend to be easily manipulated, especially when people behind a coin are trying to spread rumors to pump their common. I'm not sure how common is this practice but it would make sense that some specialized media can get payed to spread favorable news about certain coin. In any case, we always should be critical enough to seek the truth ourselves.
