ETC is a dead coin and now turned to a zombie coin as they still not abandon it. I don't know why we should be investing in this after all the security problems and the ease someone can attack this blockchain. Many coins are similar and the billion dollars valuation they have is fake.

The market has thousands of failed experiments and most of them are still traded in exchanges no matter if they are abandoned. I think a cleaning of the space should happen as we don't have good criteria to select the good coins from the dead and many times investors risk a lot with coins that are just ERC20 tokens and not producing anything for years.

I have many of dead coins who are not worthless and I got some coins from faucets sires whose value are few cents. Their are many coins who are dead and keeping their record at one place helps a lot and you can easily find all the details of coins. So no one can scam you.

Most coins are not actually dead but they are like zombies coming back to life when they shouldn't be living. ETC has been 51% attacked so many times and is still close to one billion market cap like it has anything good to offer anymore. It will become a centralized software shutting down each time a miner attacking it and giving control to a cto. This is the fate of most blockchains that don't have good security.

I have seen this website and while it is correct in most of the accusations, the term deadcoin means something that has been completely abandoned and the blockchain is no longer performing transactions as nobody is mining it. This is not happening with many projects it has listed.

Actually if you look at coinmarketcap most of the 8000 projects there are already deadcoins and this website is a cemetary too. Even the top 100 projects contain some that won't be there for long.

I think the top 20 projects on the coinmarketcap are the best ones, whenever you want to invest in any coin the top 20 is ny all time recommended to anyone

This is great list and opens also a screen for each deadcoin giving description and reason for listing it. This is very good website and I think I will need to consult it. Also has the date recorded dead for the coins so it makes it even better.
