the importance of diversification and management. I myself set some funds for several cryptos that I think have potential, so I make a list of potential coins and manage my finances or capital to trade, then manage the risks. there are also many users who are confused about having to wait or find something else with both of these options having risks.

Depends on the amount of funds you have. Fortune favors the brave. I know a lot of coins, that will definitely do a lot of good work in near future, and will fetch a decent price, and its not rocket science, its just a few clicks, a few reviews, and a site visits from CMC, but since I lack funds, I can't do much.

There is a thing called wanting more and more ,so if you have invested money in the cryptocurrency market and if the price goes high and you are still waiting for the price to go high and all of suddenly the price goes low and  you have to wait for the price to go up ,so if your coin or token is in profit don't wait for more profit ,sell the coin or token ,otherwise you will have to lose more or have to wait more ,if price go low.

Market is not waiting for us. We must try to trade every day and use any opportunity (either big or small) that market offers to us for gaining profit. If we only sit and wait for prices to double, we will miss many small chances of making money. Most traders love bull runs because they want to earn one big piece of profit in one transaction but I prefer to accumulate lots of small profits to make a big one. Waiting without doing any transaction is boring and will make trading tiresome for you. Any small profit will make you happy and encourages you to go for the next one. That's why I try to reduce the time between profits I earn.
