We all know so many ways to make money now. But do we know what happened behind the scenes. Well, one of them is forex trading, where we can make money up to millions of dollars there. But in fact only a few succeed. Can you answer a little of my doubts? How does forex work? 🤔

The forex market is made up of currencies from all over the world, which can make exchange rate predictions difficult as there are many factors that could contribute to price movements. The real market are makers are Banks, Hedge funds, big investors and financial institutions. 

Big investors like Trump driving the market by his tweets. Many of traders watching his Tweeter very closely the get advantage of it. Like if you guys remember when the BTC was at $20k. The Trump just said BTC is a bubble and the same BTC start crushing. He took it back to $ 4K. So I am sure he should have bought BTC. 😂😂😂🤣

As you can see that in the forex the fist currencies changes per day can change price of 0.3%, but if you make trade on that currency you can earn up to 30% while the currency change 0.3.

So this is how its working, there have something called leverage in the forex that's give you a loan, this can give 100 times of what's you have invested.

Example; leverage if 1:100, that's means if you invest $1, your order will be opened to $100, so that's let's say the coin has changed 0.3% that's means 0.3% of $1 is $0.003, so that without leverage you supposed to get the profit of $0.003 which is worth nothing, but if you will use leverage of 100 times of what's you investest it means you'll get the profit of $0.3 from the investment of $1 instead of $0.003. I hope you have understanding what's I'm saying.

The best way to learn about the Forex market is to go through a trading training with a mentor who will give good knowledge and show everything with an example. Or using a demo account.

I think that the market operates and exists thanks to the supply and demand of currencies, forex is working with currencies, converting them between supply and demand. In fact, the manufacturer of the market is like that.

Forex involves trading of one currency for another in a broker and one can make more profits if he has some knowledge and great strategy however, as you said only few succeeded in this businesses because many they are lazy to learn more on how to trade and start without enough knowledge and the money they lose it's the one going to those who are profitable traders that's how it works.

Market makers are compensated for the risk of holding assets because they may see a decline in the value of a security after it has been purchased from a seller and before it's sold to a buyer.

There is no one market maker in forex. Rates form on interbank networks. Banks set orders based on their clients needs and to fulfill their tasks ( such as net position exposure, bank limits and other ). That is why it is very difficult to constantly make profits in forex - you just don't know when swine flu will outbreak in China and it will need millions of dollars to buy pork from USA or when Apple will need to exchange USD to TWD to move some production to Taiwan.
