1. Each user must buy 150 tokens (or more, multiples of 150) on any exchanges where the token is trade - https://yobit.net/,  https://www.livecoin.net/, https://crex24.com/, https://btc-alpha.com/ru/ - strictly on these dates from 10.02-24.02 to 24-00 Moscow time.                               
Every 150 wtp is 1 ticket in the draw.

2. You must store tokens until the end of the draw 24.02 24-00 Moscow time on your own ERC-20 wallet. 

The wallet must be personal, and exchange wallets DO not participate in the Drawing.
3. Write the number of this wallet in the message and when filling out the form.
4. For each purchase of a new token, you must write a new message in this topic and fill out a new form.

You'll just hold their token on multiples of 150. Even if you don't win, you could always trade it back to your preferred coin, like ETH, which you can then trade back to your local currency.

What's more important is that you have not already input the wrong details in the Google Forms. Post here could be easily edited, but the one in Google Forms submission is difficult to change, and any mistaked should be rectified as soon as possible. If so, then request a change to the giveaway staff (refer to OP).

 

Also, please change the image. I believe you must take a screenshot of the purchase, not the balance. To do so, head to the History tab in Yobit, then reupload another screenshot only the orders where you bought WTP.
