There are some parts of the forum that are not counted on paid to post, so take time to read the forum announcement for those list. But don't make it reason to not post on those section since paid or not it wont matter if you are here for long term and if earning are just secondary for you.

You posts will be count both on comments and also for creating a topic. Since we need topic to comment on, it is mandatory for every user of this forum to post a topic so that more new topics are available

I like to answer questions on comment section. Sometimes If I find something interesting and if I feel to share with everyone,  then I go for post.

You can make money with both commenting and posting. 1 post will count 1 like 1 comment count 1. On every single post if you post second or more then one comment it will not count. So on every single post comment one time only

Yes you can earn with comments also and also with useful posts also but if you repeat or do copy and paste words your comments as well as the posts will be deleted by the moderator and the admins

You will get profits when you create a new topic also when you reply with a comment on one of the topics, but provided that you do not violate the rules and your participation is more than 100 characters

I think you earn from all, I haven't checked it yet but I believe its  from both, the comments you make and the posts you make, and also the threads you start, but there is a problem that you must make sure that you handle, make sure that you make the right  posts and also the comments must not follow  each other consequently.

Hey friend welcome in this forum your all useful comments are counted but make sure you don't comments one topic again and again because thats satiation only one comment will count
