That would be marvelous. It's possible that BTC rises to 12,000 this month (or maybe in March) as Bitcoin traditionally grows best in February (althoug statistical data is still limited to a few years).

It's pretty soon to reach that price, maybe in the March there is a chance that we can hit it as we still need to break the 10k barrier of bitcoin price before it can reach to 11k and to 12k. But if the price will increase gradually then we there is a little chance that we can achieve 12k easily.

It's just a prediction it's not really gonna happen. It's impossible. Now bitcoin is decreasing along with other coins. I don't know the exact reason for that.

We have still few days for this prediction and this is starting to look impossible now, Not unheard of, but we are in the start of the altseason and that would end badly if bitcoin would rise to 12k in next days, in fact it would be 22.9% rise Not unheard of in small cap altcoins daily swings but in bitcoin it would need a lot more of incoming money.
