Giving useful and additional information, great, this should be used in opposition to those replies, says; "i did nit understand about this can you tell me about this" If you have encountered any of them.

What being deleted?? they are not been deleted directly but indirectly, when you post on a topic that eventually gets deleted then your comments will be gone too.

Yes these all points are very useful for every users because I have also seen many user commenting on the post of previous years price fluctuations which is not necessary to answer at this year and if anyone is not able to understand topic then he or she should read some of the replies of other users so that they could able to memorize it.

The things are i mentioned are more of avoiding been spamming unintentionally than following the rules.

Indeed, people should invest also in their reading comprehension, we must read carefully each topic we are about to send a replies so that it could be beneficial for all of us, it is really need , because many topics now are being deleted due to this scenarios.

Basically when am in the forefront of having to give my own respond to a post, I basically also try to figure if the post would be if use to actually to do so, and even to see what the post is even all about and the sense which can be from the post and how I can also try to bring out a point on such publications

These are good points. I think that even if someone is not knowledgeable on the topic that they are replying to they should use the opportunity to go and do some research on the topic and educate themselves on the topic before making their comment or reply. This will be very helpful to them and the other members of the forum as well.
