Generally when bitcoin volatility decreases, is a sign that an imminent move to the upside is very likely soon.

This might be what you are feeling, but it is really a natural thing to happen. Drastic change on the prices is a normal scenario in decentralized cryptocurrencies, and while they may look relatively stable on a timeframe, doesn't mean the volatility is gone.

I m not sure that the Bitcoin volatility will decrease right now or in the future, the unique thing that can stop the volatility is when the Bitcoin will regularized and will take his fix price, but now impossible.

Bitcoin might appear stable — it's only for a short time.

Give it two weeks, you will see it turning sharply upwards or downwards

There's no accurate way of knowing which direction it's going.

We often hear the phrase calm before the storm. This can be applied now in Bitcoin. We can witness a big rise in prices or stability for a certain period of time and see the results.

This doesn't work in bitcoin market, Sometimes it goes the other way around, A store before calm. See how long we endure a 2 years bear market and now "we starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel" 😄

Yes, and I agree with you on this, and this is how the market usually falls slightly to rise again and return with a stronger rebound than before

No, Bitcoin volatile will remains the same, which means the price movement tends to be like rollercoaster.

Volatile will decreased if all Bitcoin has been distributed in the circulation and all over the world legalized as payment option.

Based on the Volatility is decreasing the next move can be a strong raise in the price is correct but the Volatility presently  has not decreased so much for the price to go up drastically. We have to see factors like Buy and Sell for the day then we can predict.

Yes i agree with you that the next move can be a strong one after decrease in volatility the expectations are quiet higher regarding the price.

Not sure what the reason for this recent downturn for Bitcoin is, I'm not aware of any political situation or any other major issue that may affect prices, but I think it's the beauty of trading and speculation, we never know who we areGet the keyOne day we are the winners and the next is the loser. I predicted that by the end of January, Bitcoin will be above 9000 above, but now it seems that this month we have reached this number in a very short time

As adoption of bitcoin is increasing, funds are moving towards general public from the hands of whales. Also peoples now have confidence on bitcoin, so panic is also decreased. We can say that volatility is decreasing which is a positive move.

There is no currency that has one direction. Bitcoin currency is reduced only to break a strong support area and rise again, and this is what happens with other currencies.

I predicted bitcoin would be above 9000$ by end of January but now it seems this number is again out of reach in the short amount of days we have left in this month. Unsure what is causing this recent down turn for bitcoin as I am not aware of any political situation or some other major thing that could affect the price but I guess that is the beauty of trading and speculation.

Yes you are right

I'm agree with you unsure what is causing this recent down turn for bitcoin

I am taking a gander at the cost of bitcoin, going down step by step. We know Bitcoin instability is diminishing, perhaps this mean Bitcoin cost will go up however I'm certain one thing very soon Bitcoin value take solid move

If you look at all the history of Bitcoin, you will get your results. Bitcoin will go up or down many times with more volatility

Yes being a volatile market makes bitcoin one of the best trade assets out there, Since you can easily make money from day trading if you know how it works, But these means you can also lose money easily since market moves and swing its price every seconds.

If the bitcoin volatility is decreasing then it implies that it has some stable trading going on. A stable demand generally indicates some upgoings in the future market but it is not certain and might just be the result of people holding their bitcoin without selling.

Well i think  it seems bitcoin is still trending down wards and getting closer to falling below 8000$ for the first time in several weeks. So i think It was 9k a few days ago, and it came down to 8.3k, and thats a 700$ drop. I wouldn't say btc is non volatile by any stretch of imagination.

What are you talking about? Are you guys going nuts or you are living in different dimension? Bitcoin is being traded now at $10,100 and where are you getting all this figures and who are feeding you this information?

I agree. We will probably see that interest is starting to rise as we reach 12,000 USD levels. The strange thing is that not many people on the streets are talking crypto at the moment. I think this will change soon.

Difinitely, I agree with your thoughts because I also observe that if bitcoin will decrease the next is its upcoming price which is higher so it need to be in lower price in any ways

It will never decrease or increase, there's an invisible force that makes bitcoin market volatile and no one can stop them not unless everyone stop trading their bitcoin and everyone choose to hodl their coin.

Do you think the price is being manipulated ? Can you elaborate a bit more on that ? In my view volatility is decreasing but nevertheless high because it is still not known what the price of btc really is.

Yes always and everyday. Whales controls the market. they are the market makers and movers in this industry. They can decide if they want to dump bitcoin so they can buy at a lower price. or they can pump bitcoin so they can sell at higher price.
