It is really volatile and the next second our capital can lot. So it is better to invest in a house or real estate if you prefer to be on the safe side.

I think this question is very hard becuase, if we don't want to risk or money we should buy a house. As we all know cryptocurrencies are highly volatil and no one can know what will happened, but house is much safer. If we can forget about that money , i would buy some crypto for holding long term.

then we have necessary amount to pay our bills even we buy our own house through that amount.
