I investing all my money in 1 coin. is this is risky or safe ?

Recommended Posts

actually there is no harm in putting all the money that is specifically devoted to investing cryptocurrency in one cryptocurrency, but in certain situations when your funds are unusually large, then you can split your funds into several cryptocurrency, an investment will never be free from risk and return  , but the magnitude of the risk we have to think about before acting, such as you have $ 100 and you force to divide your assets for example on ltc, then you will only have less than 2 ltc, while there are still many cryptocurrency with ath not too far away ...

Its not a good idea because if for a reason or another, bad news will come and this coin disappear, you will have no money more

You must limit the riks and put your money in several coins and projects and not in only one

Never put all your eggs in the same bucket ,we say

Tidak ada keraguan, bahwa menginvestasikan semua uang saya dalam 1 koin adalah ini sangat berisiko. Lebih baik diversifikasi investasi Anda antara 3-4 aset berbeda

That is a good suggestion, sir, but it is a good idea to do some research before making a decision to divide its capital into several cryptocurrency, not the problem of bitcoin or altcoin, but you must have bitcoin and tether that functions to be sold when bitcoin goes up and tether to save the sales results  bitcoin or to buy bitcoin when it's cheap.

Nobody should be putting all of their money into any one investment, much less into a single coin.  You have to diversify at least a little bit with your investments, lest you lose everything all at once.  There's a good reason why investment professionals recommend spreading your money around.

if you are investing in bluechip coins then investing all your money in 1 coin. it is  safe .but if you are investing in othere than Top 20 cryptocurrency then it is risky.

I wouldn't do that, it's not practical. It is better to invest in a few coins that have potential. With this approach, there are more opportunities to get a profit.

It is very big risky all money to invest in one coin .my suggestion to buy some bitcoin with this money and hold long term to profitable in a future. You also bought Eth ,LTC ,xrp and top 10 coins are best to gain prices in a future.

Of course there is always a risk if you invest in only one coin, but why not risk investing your money in a good coin?

Hehehe, do you like all in, but there is also truth, when only planting one type of plant, we will not be able to move if the crop fails to harvest,

but if you plant various types of plants, even if one fails to harvest, it could be that there is still hope from other plants...

I agree, there is always a big risk, now I prefer to invest my money in several cryptocurrencies, because it will be safer.

Maybe it's better than just allocating capital to one type of cryptocurrency, because we never know, whether the coins we store are not shit coins, although not a shit coin, for example, I mentioned fusion coin, where the highest price in 30 days is $ 0.8, while the lowest price in 30 days is $ 0.15, while the current price is in the range of $ 0.16,

Then, what happens if we allocate all the money to invest in cryptocurrency to buy fusion in the past 30 days, then our assets will be drastically reduced in value ..

you can invest on NBX .blockchain-based Netbox.Browser, which users are distributed around the world and are able to join their forces to create a new transparent Internet access tool. The Netbox.Global infrastructure and its key product — Netbox.Browser — are the tools in the hands of a wide community of users, each and every one of which has and exercises their right to have a free global network owned by them. When creating a Netbox.Wallet, a pair of cryptographic keys are generated for the user: public and private ones. The private key is used for transactions to send Netbox.Coins from the user’s wallet. For the convenience and security of the user, the private key is stored only in an encrypted form. The encryption key is the password assigned by the user. The team does not and cannot have any access to the users’ private keys.https://netbox.global/

If you invest all your money in a currency I think this is both risky and safe, because of the risk you will lose both principal and interest, but if safe you will be very profitable.

Profitable is never safe, it is risky business that are profitable, if you want safe business, you will always have to reduce the ptofit.

I would put max. 30% of your money in crypto.

I try to limit myself to 10% ~ 15%. Right now I am below that target, and the Bitcoin price is attractive. So I put in a bit of money every week now. But eventually I am going to reduce that again.

Finally a currency which I believe might become a stable coin with a good future (community controlled Ecoin)

If you ask me better invest in a few cryptocurrencies. Best in 4-5, no more. One is risky unless it is one of the top 10 cryptocurrencies. The best investment remains bitcoin.

Still nothing is certain, but if we have carefully calculated all the risks, we will not be too stressed if the cryptocurrency that we hold is down, Usually it is like that, if the coins that are hodl are rising in price, we will be confused to sell, while if we go down we will be stressed, while we invest in cryptocurrency, we must have a target price,

That is why allocations in some cryptocurrency can prevent a significant decline in the value of assets...

To me it's risking investing all your money to one coin it may lead to a very huge loss we have different types of coin separate your investment by investing in different coins

On the other hand, many altcoins follow the Bitcoin price. So, while the risk is diminished when spreading, you’re still exposed by the Bitcoin fluctuations. It’s not like spreading over 10 coins is much safer than over the main three or four.

Its very risky from not only crypto trading purpose even from many other ways never spent your all money in one for example never hold all eggs in one basket as this can give you biggest lost which could be non refundable and you could be almost zero so better never try any task like this must do some search and work before any investment and try to have in different projects.

I think its much more better if you split the money in different kinds of coins instead of putting it all in one coins. because if you split them there is a high chance that one of them will rise.

There are some rules for investment.

1. Don't put all eggs in one basket.

2. Don't  be greedy.

You broke the first rule.  If your invesment coins will fall down then what do you do? You do nothing. So as soon as possible withdraw some dunds and invest in some other coins.

Be that as it may, i'm a little financial specialist (300$) and i'm genuinely thinking to place all my cash in just 1 venture I believe is awesome which curretly is in the best 10 of altcoins. I would prefer not to say the name on the grounds that my theme needs to be extremely broad: what do you believe is the hazard thusly? Would it be advisable for me to put resources into 2 or 3 coins?

Little reminder of a wise saying: Never put all your eggs in one basket! This is particularly true in the world of cryptocurrencies. In your place I would start my investment in 70/30. I see that your post dates from several months ago, I hope that your investment is doing well.

Your 'awesome' beliefs could lead to a disaster, watching your coin crash together with your invesment. Any smart investor would diversify his funds, and so you should too. Don't also invest only in cryptocurrencies, but also in other types of investments.

Putting your money in one coin is very risky since if that coin  will fail you then you will lose everything. The other side is if that coin will succeed then you will enjoy great profit. But  just to play safe diversify your portfolio and place your investment on multiple coins that you think are the best.

Yes, I do agree that bitcoin is the least expensive and the least secure, but there are lots of new coins worth investing in.

I think you meant most secure. The more bitcoin blocks which have been mined on the blockchain, the difficulty increases, which in turn forces an attacker to do more PoW for the blocks in order to reverse or double spend transactions. Other smaller blockchains are more vulnerable to this but not bitcoin, it is too large to be stopped at this point.
