Investing means demand for an asset and demand for Bitcoin makes price rise because of the limited supply. The supply of new Bitcoins was lowered a lot after the third halvening and the effect is shown as with any small rise of demand the price if growing higher. Even the sellers and drops that happen are very small and drops of 400 dollars are described as dip when they are just natural trading small corrections.

Buying means increase of price so investing is the same. When many are buying and want to buy a lot it creates a better price for Bitcoin pushing it higher. When many are selling it does the opposite. Lately we see only miners selling because they have to pay for bills and have profit from their operation. One person alone with a small investment of a few thousand will not be able to change price of course as this is many billions of dollars involved. Even Microstrategy buying 500 million USD into Bitcoin couldn't affect the price a lot. The price can go into a bull run cycle and this will mean that more and more investors will be joining. It is something that happened some times in Bitcoin and price was allowed to reach very high levels.

My dear you have not understand this and it is basic economics you had to learn already unless you are young and still in early school, so you are only then justefied if this is happens. Know the demand and supply laws. This is what is decides the price. The more the demand the better the price too in most of cases of assets.

I don't quite understand what you mean. The price of an asset is governed by the law of supply and demand, if many people are buying BTC that generates more trust in people and its value increases and if all people are selling, the opposite will happen, people will lose trust and value of that coin will fall.

The answer of your question is very simple. The price of a currency is dependent on the demand and the number of the sellers and buyers in the market. If more investors are investing on a currency and there would be less number of sellers in the market than the price of the currency will automatically increase. And if there are more fillers and low amount of buyers than the value of the currency will be decreased and that's a natural thing.
