Yes we all have this problems some time it's just a bug the next day every this gonna be a right , but as you said Yobit need to make some real devolopment to his exchange and website because it's seems to old and need some New

Yes, it's probably a server problem or run out of funds so that something like that happens. Just wait until it's time to recover, sometimes I also wait if something goes wrong or the server is interrupted.

No there is no minimum requirement of the balance there would be some problem with yobit few day earlier i had withdrawn my balance and it was easily done wait for some time and try it again.

There's a minimum requirements to withdraw your Bitcoins and there's a free like in Yobit there's a 0.0012 Btc to withdraw your Bitcoins. But sometimes there's a bug that you can't transfer or withdraw your Bitcoins but i think it's a error in Yobit platform but this site is paying and easy to used but you need to follow the rules and regulations of Cryptotalk and Yobit.

Yes, you need to reach the minimum to transfer your btc balance to your wallet. If you don't reach minimum, you can't send your btc balance to your btc wallet. Also you need to pay for transaction fee.

I think it's an internet problem. Your balance should be transferred to your yobit balance when you click send to my btc balance. You should check your internet connection and your problem should be solved by then.

Yes, there is a minimum threshold in order to send coins. It is best to transfer to a wallet and take into account the commission when sending bitcoin.

I guess you don't have met the minimum to send your bitcoin and also there is high fees to withdraw.. I think you should try convert bitcoin into XRP if you just transfer it to the other exchange.

Some time this errors happened due to some technical difficulties but now everything is fine for everyone so now you can transfer your btc balance to main account.

Sometimes I also experience it, trying to refresh or open Yobit with another browser. As long as there is a balance listed in the earned section it should be able to be disbursed to the wallet

This problem has been resolved properly. It's just a temporary problem on yobit balance. Don't be discouraged.
