It's not gonna hurt at all. In face we will need more subforums for this community. I am sure admin and mods will come up with few more sections soon.

New sections is a must, there would be more spammer if there will be nothing like that!

We should add like OFF-topic, sports related and some more not related to cryptocurrency.

This is to attract more users to post, more topic more traffic.

About sports related, I think we already have one Gambling/HYIP's however I think a separate section such as Gambling discussions, games and rounds will be more appropriate.

sub forum about news is a good idea, as long as it doesn't copy paste,

the contents of the post are not based on the content of the news, but the content of the analysis of the reader and take some parts of words or paragraphs, after that the source.

if only copy paste from the news content, I would rather make a telgram channel about news and invite users to join there.

off topic can be added if the event has finished,
this is to avoid discussion that is not clear outside of crypto and is of no quality.
or maybe off topic can be added if there is already a system off topic section not counted for events, this is fair enough.

True, I was with BitcoinTalk and very much involved in their meta section so I have very good idea how the news section of a forum works. 

Most of the time we will see people wrote two line with the link of the news just to increase their activities. In cases, they only post links LOL

I think if the forum implements a news section then a moderator needs to monitor that section closely. Also spam can be reduced if community keep reporting zero value posts if not less value posts for the time being.

Such sections provoke copy-paste of a huge amount of useless news stuff. This clearly not what was would needs for forum, where the main is communication.😕

yes, it will take more time,
because we have to read the article or news and understand its contents,
so it can be seen who has read the contents of the article, and anyone who only reads the title.

That would be good, we can easily find out the latest trending news from that sub forum. I think admin should go for it. There's a lot of thing need to be added. Admin seems busy with other things at the moment. By the way, admin has created a thread for suggestion, you may post it there.

yeah u r right there must be a news section in forum were we post news about crypo related with all the coins and also paste links for the reference purpose so that member will not spread the false new when there is reference and link is added

I think having a news section in a forum is not a good idea, as a forum is for discussion and having a news section also can bring a lot of fake news in the forum I think, unless only moderator can post new topics the in news section

no need of news subforum you can read the news on the internet there are too many sites which providing news about crypto and you can easily read them they are available in every language so it will be good

The news subforum would be great especially for people who don't have the time (or are too lazy) to search for news from all over the net.

But on the off-chance that there are two or more people who posted the same news, what of it? Are the "extras" going to get the banhammer or what?

yes i am agree with you that there must be a sub forum, which is only for the beginners, when they gain knowledge there they are promoted to the crypto talk forum for getting knowledge and advice from the seniors and expert members.

Is would be a great idea and it is ideal for mods to keep away the spammers and keep the legit losts only to lessen the time reading a very long pages of the topic. A daily news is enough for this forum I think.

No only news sub forum, there are more sections needed to be added in this forum besides few more options and features. Hopefully admin will do these. But we have to be patient and wait till than.

If the admin makes this board, a lot people try to find a random news and posting that on the news section just to increase a post count. New Board was not really recomend, they will copy a part of the artcile and input the link at the bottom just to avoid a plagiarsm ban from the forum.

Yeah I think this will be great moderators should add a news sub forum. We can get all kind of news from it. It will help us a lot to know about crypto world. I hope moderators will think about it.

I think that would be a great idea because right now there only are like 2 or 3 sections where people can talk about crypto and every thread is posted in the same section. We need more sections for each category

Yes the news subforum feature also seems good to add to this forum, this is a good idea and can add insight for all of us, hopefully it can be considered in the future.
