We call big investors as whales. They always manipulate the crypto market for their profit. Not only whales anyone with big amount of fund can manipulate crypto price.

You are right to think that market manipulation is aimed at making a profit. The question is how to find out the whales' thoughts and which way the market will move . Whales are always there and can move large amounts of coins between different wallets but they both have negative and positive effects on the market. Whales can cause prices to go down which brings losses for a group of holders but it is also a benefit for those who want to buy at low price. There is also the opposite which means whales can pump and increase prices and bring decent profit for long term holders. If we are smart, we can manage our trades despite any manipulation of the market.

Whales manipulation is not easy to predict, they can trick traders to give false signals that will make them move in that direction afterwards the whales turn the table around

As being small investors its merely impossible to act like whales because they hold large amounts of crypto that they use to manipulate the market therefore,the best we can do is to hold our crypto to our wallets not to sell off in times of whales attack.

i need more than 5 whales to manipulate the market , single whales doesnt dare to manipulate alone because it has risk of losing millions of dollar trying to attempting that

Yes big whales manipulate bitcoin price, because they want earn profit, so they drop prices when they want buy low prices, and when they want earn profit they increase prices in short period, but some new members not understand this  game, and gone panic sell are buy this bitcoins and they got loss,but some experts use this situation and they earn profit,but my honest opinion this whales helps to prices increase and some investors earn good profit.
