That is good clarification for every newbies, everyone is afraid to have a warning points that is why most of newbies are afraid to create new topic and the often reason is we are ran out of ideas to open up a new topic.

I think a good way to avoid warning points, spam and waste of time, is to publish each new topic until it is reviewed by the admin or mods, in this way users can reply with the confidence the new topic won't be deleted. what do you think?

You mean to say, some of the member here in the forum are afraid because they might thinking that once their creating topic is being delete, it will be given automatic a warning point, but the truth is not. Thanks for this clarification anyway.

I like to believe that i made a topic that i believe it to be good and unique but got a warning point, now i'm scared. Maybe i will try again when my point expires with a better topic, right now i'm afraid of getting another one and get suspended for Good.

Not automatically, they they think you get a deleted post and then moderator or admin gives you a warning point as well.

What if your post is always getting deleted due to supposed spamming or copy and paste post, won't you also get a warning point? If no, then people getting warning points from many comments on a topic are not fairly treated.
